Walkathon Free T-Shirts
- Who gets one: All Walkathon volunteers and Group Leaders receive a free event t-shirt.
- Delivery: We will ask for your size on this form. If you are part of a group of 5 or more, your t-shirts will be shipped directly to the Group Leader for distribution.
Postcard Kits
(Group Leaders Only)
To help you spread the word, you will be furnished with printed leave-behind postcards for your neighborhood visits.
- Faster Delivery: Please provide your local printer’s name, phone number, and email on this form.
- Why? Sending files directly to a printer near you ensures you get your materials much faster!

11:00 – 11:20 AM: Welcome Remarks & Quick Start
- Brief welcome and distribution of materials.
11:20 – 11:45 AM: T25! Express Training Session
- 25 Minutes Training: Overview of survey, communication tips, and app usage.
11:45 – 12:45 PM: Concentrated Outreach Effort – GOTV (Get Out The Vote)
- Choose one: Door-to-Door Canvassing or Phone Banking.
- Engage with community to encourage voting.
12:45 PM – 1:00 PM: Wrap-Up & Call to Action
- Recap achievements, provide next steps for continued engagement & sign-ups
