What inspired you to run for public office, and what positive changes do you hope to bring to your district/state if elected? | I can see and feel that things are not going in the right direction. I can't take evening strolls with my mother after Mass on Sundays because my neighborhood has been getting less safe by the day. Also, I was born in one of the poorest countries in the hemisphere, Nicaragua, and there are better roads there that many parts of Houston. Lastly, I find it completely mind-boggling that our border is not respected by our leaders and invaders are welcome, without any vetting. |
