What inspired you to run for public office, and what positive changes do you hope to bring to your district/state if elected? | I am a first-generation American who arrived in the United States over a decade ago to pursue the American dream. Since then, I have achieved the dream of being the first in my family to own a home, start a business, and attend university. More importantly, I have had the pleasure of marrying my wonderful wife, Maria. Now, we are eager to start a family, but we have concerns about the safety, opportunities, and schools that the Chicago suburbs can provide. I won't deny that we have considered moving. However, my wife and I are in agreement that we should fight for our community instead. |
