1. What inspired you to run for public office, and what positive changes do you hope to bring to your district/state if elected?

As a mother of 5, I have spent 20 years managing my children's education. I am very troubled by common core, SEL, CRT, DEI and the sexually explicit content in our schools and have been fighting back against these toxic ideologies for the past 5 years. I believe that the largest threat to our Constitutional Republic is the weaponization of the Public School System. The US Dept of Education is forcing a politically biased, racially divisive, sexually explicit and academically weak curriculum onto our young people and I want to STOP this destruction of our children, families, state and nation. If elected, I will 1) END the indoctrination of our students 2) Return discipline and respect to our classrooms, 3) Demand Math and Reading Mastery before grade advancement 4) Provide career training/internships and dual enrollment classes in every high school in NC. I have a five year plan to make NC the example of educational excellence for the rest of the country to follow

2. Please identify the top three critical issues facing your state, and how do you envision solving them to benefit the communities in your state?

Mismanaged funds: We must STOP accepting money from the US Dept of Education and END all mandated federal programs that are not contributing to academic, moral, and career success. We must streamline spending to put academics FIRST.
Misplaced priorities: We must focus our classroom time on scholastic pursuits, rather than emotional experimentation and social issues.
Misguided Curriculum: We must STOP reinforcing entitlement and false victimization, STOP racist trainings and teachings, Protect children from inappropriate content, END telemedicine/psychological evaluations and treatments and RESPECT parents rights to EVERY facet of their child(ren)'s lives. We should partner with local community colleges and businesses to offer every high school student work/study programs and internships to prepare them to enter the workforce upon graduation, if that is the path they choose. Students should be taught the TRUTH about history (world and US), Biology (two, unchangeable genders), economics (free market, supply and demand, financial literacy and personal responsibility) and civics ( govt only exists to protect our God-given, inalienable rights)
