1. What inspired you to run for public office, and what positive changes do you hope to bring to your district/state if elected?

Illinois is ground zero for this Progressive Socialist movement. When our churches, schools, and small businesses were forced to shut down while liquor stores, Walmart, and dispensaries remained opened I had this inner drive to stop this evil attack on our Faith, Family & Freedom. There are so many issues in IL now but my priority is to protect our children. As a licensed substitute teacher I have first hand knowledge of the demise of our educational system which needs a complete restart. Also I have a small business and believe we as a state need to support our Mom & Pop businesses rather than billion dollar battery companies. I am part of the Chicago ReOpen IL grassroot organization. My goal is to bring back common sense with our Midwestern Values where communities are once again safe, our Illinois Citizens are prioritized over illegals immigrants, and people can afford to do better than living pay check to paycheck.

2. Please identify the top three critical issues facing your state, and how do you envision solving them to benefit the communities in your state?

The number one issue is that Illinois is the second most sought after state for illegal immigrants. The Trust Act needs to be removed. I believe in immigration and support individuals and families wanting the American Dream. Unfortunately now it is at the expense of American Citizens. We can no longer have sanctuary status in IL. The second issue is Parental Rights. The lunacy of bills that are written by these Progressive Democrats is insane. This would end! Parents are the most influential aspect of a successful child. Alienating parents out of the equation is ignorance. Allowing a school employee, social worker, physician to make emotional or medical decisions with parental notification is proving my point that government wants to breakdown the family. I will oppose every new bill that removes parents as a stake holder. As a founding member of Back the Blue in Chicago this Safe T Act does nothing to promote a safe community. We are living in a real life game of Monopoly where criminals pass go and get a Get Out Of Jail Free card. The lack of accountability for criminals is putting our citizens in danger. Also this pro criminal mentality is forcing businesses to move to bordering states. Chicago is on the mark for the market value decrease that has never been seen. I would implement policies that allow police officers to do their job and that is to remove criminals off the streets. I would stop the no cash bail because that is telling criminals there are no consequences for their illegal actions. I would reinstate the shotspotter because this initiative has saved many lives and increased police presence to various communities. There is a lot of work to do in IL. Although we live in the most corrupt government that money can buy, people are waking up one interaction at a time to stop paying for it with their vote. Together WE can put Illinois citizens first by protecting our communities and investing fiscally responsibly in our state.
