KEY ISSUES
1. Provide the top 2 reasons why you want to run for school board?

Parents rights and get back to basics.

2. Name the top 2 issues with your current school board or district and how you will address each issue.

The budget is the biggest concern with our district operating with a $38 million deficit. I plan to ask for a review of the technology costs as well as administrative positions and associated salaries.

3. Do you support school choice? Why or why not?

School choice in Texas is currently being presented with strings attached. I cannot support school choice as long as the state is involved with dictating what vendors to use for curriculum in private schools. If school choice were to give parents the money with no strings attached then I could see it being beneficial.

4. Who do you think is the ultimate authority in a child’s education and wellbeing?

Parents are the ultimate authority of everything in their child's lives as such God is the ultimate authority over all parents.

5. Do you agree with the statement “America is inherently racist”? Why or why not?

No, racism is a deeply held personal belief and no entity or country can hold beliefs. Only people can be racist and it is a choice some one makes. I believe that people are inherently kind and racism is learned through surroundings and culture.

6. What are your thoughts on “Comprehensive Sex Education”, “Diversity Equity and Inclusion”, and “Social Emotional Learning”? Should these be a part of our public education curriculum or supplemental learning materials or left to parents to teach and why?

All three of these ideologies are programs started to migrate children into a herd mentality and make them think alike. None of these programs belong in schools and should be left to parents to address these issues.

7. With declining academic achievement in reading, writing, math, and science in schools across the nation, how would you address these issues if elected?

I would like to build relationships with current board members and the superintendent to work on building a curriculum that would separate from the state and put a focus on these core subjects without the use of technology. Reading is the essential building block to education, our kids need to learn to read so that they can read to learn.

8. Safety is a major concern for most families, how would you support and encourage safety measures for girls in their private spaces, if elected?

There are only 2 genders and the best way to protect girls is to make sure children's genders are determined by their birth certificate. Then it is imperative to deploy policies that restrict access to girls facilities to females only.

9. Do you believe Title IX is in jeopardy in our public education system today?

Yes, women's rights are being eroded daily by biological males competing in their sports. School boards need to take action before its too late and set policies that will restrict athletes to competing within the gender that they were born as.
