KEY ISSUES
1. Provide the top 2 reasons why you want to run for school board?

1. Mental Health for the students. Girls who hate their body end up hating themselves. Boys don’t feel masculine enough in their own body. We are wonderfully made in the eyes of God.

I believe that Social Emotional Learning meant to improve a student’s self esteem, will make students feel worse because they must address all their trauma to people that they would rather not.

An alternative path to education besides college. The academy program is not the same in each school. It is not accessible. Trade schools should be that alternative. Let’s use the current system to benefit more students in more schools by offering academy programs or partnerships with nearby businesses to learn on the job.

2. Name the top 2 issues with your current school board or district and how you will address each issue.

A free and public education that both meets the requirements in special needs and also trains for a career. Kids are pulled out of electives or the academy to fill FAPE objectives. They need both.

Add some electives to take these classes with a smaller class size. Add more career opportunities in more schools.

Stop asking inappropriate sexual questions in surveys that embarrass kids and should never be asked.

3. Do you support school choice? Why or why not?

Yes . The money for school can follow the student to be used in a private school to make that school cheaper.

Some students in one Fairfax County school might do better in another school in the county.

Improve bus routes and hire more drivers to allow these students to go to other schools.

4. Who do you think is the ultimate authority in a child’s education and wellbeing?

The children, the parents and the teachers should be working together. The parents have a say in the well being of the education of the students. Stop hiding information from parents. Explain clearly what the curriculum is to the parents and invite them to the meetings to discuss it.

5. Do you agree with the statement “America is inherently racist”? Why or why not?

No. It is not racist to teach the constitution and the Declaration of Independence. The naturalization process as well as civics needs to be taught in education. These are all similar and everyone should learn it .

If you look for racism in everyone, you’ll find it. This causes bullying, fights, anger and depression.

We have intelligent people of all races and backgrounds who are in every career in America. We are a better nation for it. They all deserve to be respected as everyone else does because they worked hard. It implies they cannot do the job. That is not accurate.

6. What are your thoughts on “Comprehensive Sex Education”, “Diversity Equity and Inclusion”, and “Social Emotional Learning”? Should these be a part of our public education curriculum or supplemental learning materials or left to parents to teach and why?

Sex education is not about human reproduction as it used to be. It contains pornography, masturbation, and inappropriate sexual behavior.

DEI and black history is fine, but some of it has people who are raped, sexual activity and violence. Those are reasons that books need a warning label not because of racism.

Just like a movie or a video game, there should be a warning label and parents should be informed. There should be enough interesting books that kids can be excited to learn. We should not force a child to read a book that he doesn’t want to read because it disgusts the student.

7. With declining academic achievement in reading, writing, math, and science in schools across the nation, how would you address these issues if elected?

Evaluate children to get hearing and vision testing to determine if they need glasses or a hearing aide.

Hire more specialists to tutor students who are behind or use after school time to study with them to close the gap.

8. Safety is a major concern for most families, how would you support and encourage safety measures for girls in their private spaces, if elected?

Hire female resource officers to protect female spaces .

More stalls for changing areas if needed.

Girls should not be changing in boys locker rooms.

9. Do you believe Title IX is in jeopardy in our public education system today?

Yes. Title 9 is in jeopardy.

Males are stronger, and faster than females.

The females lose scholarships, and rewards to compete against males.

There should be some alternative exercise that is not competitive so that males or females can get a workout without competing or feeling like a failure for not winning.

Students can do Yoga, or walking to relieve stress.
