KEY ISSUES
1. Provide the top 2 reason why you want to run for office.

I was asked to run by those concerned with rising crime and election integrity, porn in the schools, political and woke agendas in the DA's office. After much prayer, I feel my Lord and Savior has told me to step up and run for this position. I seek to hear the voice of the people and make great changes for good, especially to protect our children.

2. Name the top 2 issues in your county, state, or federal district that you wish to address and how?

Lower rising crime, eliminate porn and filth in the schools, and ensure election integrity, among others. How? By investigating and make these issues public. No more hiding things in the dark. The public needs to know what is going on. After an investigation, if a crime(s) is identified, then those responsible will be prosecuted.

3. Do you support defunding the police?

Absolutely not. We need to support the police. If any law enforcement have a bad taste in their mouths it is our fault for not showing our appreciation. I spent 20 years in the Army as a JAG and know what it means to serve. We don't ask for fame or fortune, but a thank you and a smile once in a while is appreciated. Also, as an Army JAG when I prosecuted, I rode along with law enforcement so I could see things from their perspective. It gave me a better understanding when they needed testify. If DA, I will ensure all prosecutors ride along with LE so they are familiar with what police go through.

4. What are your thoughts on “Diversity Equity and Inclusion”? Should this be implemented as training for county/city/federal employees? Why or why not?

DEI must go. It is not inclusive at all, especially if you are Christian or Jewish. It is a ruse to force LBGTQ agendas on all. Feel free to be who you want to be, but don't push it on others and tell others they must accept. If elected DA there will be zero DEI in my office. There will be zero pronouns. There will be zero politics.

5. With growing pressure to accommodate various lifestyles/identities how would you manage to keep your city/town safe and family friendly?

Back to basics. If DA, my office, as stated, will not have any agendas, other than to lower crime. I will have frequent town hall meetings to give the people a voice and listen to their concerns. I have zero big donors, zero special interests, and zero accountability to anyone other than the people. I understand I will be approached or threatened with agendas, but since I did not seek this position and am not interested in being a career politician, I really don't care what those with an agenda want. Represent the people, lower crime, protect the children and the community. It's as simple as that.

6. Do you think involving residents in decision making in your city/town is important? Why or not?

Yes. As stated, I will hold frequent townhall meeting so I can hear the concerns of the community and let them know what my office is working and what we seek to accomplish. As an elected official I work for the people, no one else. There must be communication. That is why I was asked to run. Currently there is zero communication. Most don't even know who the current DA is, much less what he is doing.

7. If you received a $1 million grant to use for the city/town/county any way you wanted, what would you do with it and why?

Well, since I am not the current DA, I do not really know the shortfalls and where the money could best be utilized. I can tell you that from my experience in the courts as a court appointed attorney representing parents having their kids taken away in dependency and neglect cases, and representing, mostly pro bono, women seeking orders of protection, I have spoken to many victims who felt like the victim advocate or ADA did not listen, did not care, and was not available. If more advocates are needed to support victims, I will certainly make that happen. Also, we all hear the horrific stories of child trafficking. I will do everything necessary to find, investigate, prosecute the perpetrators, and support the victims.

8. What is your opinion on sanctuary cities/autonomous zones within your city/town?

Colorado Springs and certainly El Paso and Teller Counties are not currently known sanctuary cities. That does not mean that under the table those policies are not being implemented. In fact, the rumor is that Denver has purchased 35 acres out east in El Paso County for illegals. As DA, I will shut it down. I will work with ICE and other federal LE to ensure deportations are honored.

9. What are your thoughts on mandating the closure of privately owned businesses due to public health concerns aside from code violations?

The mandates during Covid did more harm than good and were merely a power grab. Our children and young adults continue to suffer from this madness. My church stayed open, as all should have. Businesses should not have suffered. People still needed to buy food and other items. The lockdowns only made businesses like Amazon more powerful and have destroyed communities. We need to get back to the mom and pop shops and restuarants. Covid was similar to or even less lethal than the flu. Protect the most vulnerable and let the rest of society live their lives.

10. Who is the ultimate authority over the health and safety of the people in your city/town?

The people themselves. Certainly not the governor or Fauci. If someone wants to engage in dangerous activity that has to potential to only harm him, and as long as it is not a crime, so be it. Like riding a motorcycle without a helmet. That is that individual's choice. If it impacts the health and safety of others, then it needs to be closely scrutinized. But Covid was a massive power grab with zero evidence and many lies.

11. Are you endorsed by other organizations? If so, which ones?

None at this time and the election is on 25 June.

12. Do you support making laws to protect life keeping in mind there are many views on what this means?Yes
