KEY ISSUES | |
1. Provide the top 2 reason why you want to run for office. | To advocate for policies that will secure the border, safeguard our elections, and provide property tax relief. To oppose policies that will hurt the safety, prosperity, or liberty of citizens. |
2. Name the top 2 issues in your county, state, or federal district that you wish to address and how? | The top issue I will address is securing the border. A lack of security at our border has led to 11 million illegal aliens occupying our land, which has led to increased crime and an increased financial burden on the district's taxpayers. I will put the safety and prosperity of the citizens as a top priority by securing the border. The 2nd issue I will address is election integrity. As a technology expert I know first hand that a secure electoral process is one that is not dependent on technology. I will advocate for paper ballots that are triple hand-counted. |
3. Do you support defunding the police? | No! Police must be adequately funded to provide the services we expect from them. |
4. What are your thoughts on “Diversity Equity and Inclusion”? Should this be implemented as training for county/city/federal employees? Why or why not? | No! Dividing people in this way only serves to promote division by promoting a lie that diversity is based upon skin color. Skin color has nothing to do with what makes someone suitable for a role as a government employee. The government agencies should not care what color a person's skin is, but rather "Are they qualified to do the job?" |
5. With growing pressure to accommodate various lifestyles/identities how would you manage to keep your city/town safe and family friendly? | The policies that I will advocate for such as securing the border, enforcing the law, funding the police, and protecting the 2nd amendment all support a safe environment which is family friendly. |
6. Do you think involving residents in decision making in your city/town is important? Why or not? | Yes. Legislators must make decisions that will promote the well-being and best interests of the constituents of their district. In order to understand the issues, they must listen to the constituents that are affected by the decisions made on any particular issue. |
7. If you received a $1 million grant to use for the city/town/county any way you wanted, what would you do with it and why? | I'd use the $1 million grant to make a comprehensive plan and proposal to secure the remaining 1,054 miles of Texas border that remains unprotected. |
8. What is your opinion on sanctuary cities/autonomous zones within your city/town? | The high crime we currently have in Houston is in large part due to Houston's status as a sanctuary city. We saw recently an armed takeover of an apartment complex where police would not take action against criminal aliens that had orchestrated the takeover. Police cited their status as a "sanctuary city". Sanctuary cities are detrimental to the interests of citizens. I oppose them. |
9. What are your thoughts on mandating the closure of privately owned businesses due to public health concerns aside from code violations? | Mandating the closure of privately owned businesses during the overly hyped covid outbreak destroyed the livelihoods of many. I oppose these types of policies. |
10. Who is the ultimate authority over the health and safety of the people in your city/town? | The ultimate authority over the health and safety of the people in Houston are the citizens of Houston. |
11. Are you endorsed by other organizations? If so, which ones? | Good Governance Today, MD Breath Politicians Against the Shots, and many grass roots Republican activists and elected officials. |
12. Do you support making laws to protect life keeping in mind there are many views on what this means? | Yes |
