KEY ISSUES | |
1. Provide the top 2 reason why you want to run for office. | 1. The transgender agenda will destroy the next generation and we are responsible if we do not do all we can to stop it. |
2. Name the top 2 issues in your county, state, or federal district that you wish to address and how? | 1. Restore parental rights |
3. Do you support defunding the police? | no |
4. What are your thoughts on “Diversity Equity and Inclusion”? Should this be implemented as training for county/city/federal employees? Why or why not? | No. Merit and performance based evaluations for employees is the best accountability for our tax dollars in regards to government employees. In general DEI is reverse discrimination. |
5. With growing pressure to accommodate various lifestyles/identities how would you manage to keep your city/town safe and family friendly? | In regards to state control of school curriculum, local school boards elected by local families should be able to choose the books and curriculum. Parental notification and transparency in record-keeping is basic good policy. |
6. Do you think involving residents in decision making in your city/town is important? Why or not? | Yes, of course. As a councilmember myself, I appreciate every resident that shows up to council meetings and voices their concerns. We elected officials represent the people and need to know what the people want and think. The people are also the eyes and ears out there to inforrn the council on matters that need attention. SB14 was passed last year because the residents of CA were paying attention and pressured the legislature to pass it. |
7. If you received a $1 million grant to use for the city/town/county any way you wanted, what would you do with it and why? | I'm so against government abuse of our tax dollars, its hard to imagine actually spending money when we could pay down our $68 billion state budget deficit. But tax dollars are necessary to maintain infrastructure and long-term planning is a good investment. I would replace the 100 year-old pipes we have in our town before they burst. Water storage and delivery statewide should be priority. |
8. What is your opinion on sanctuary cities/autonomous zones within your city/town? | Sanctuary cities and autonomous zones promote lawlessness, chaos, and destruction. Bad idea. |
9. What are your thoughts on mandating the closure of privately owned businesses due to public health concerns aside from code violations? | Newsom's "emergency" of 2020-2023 was so destructive to our private businesses that our CA population has decreased so drastically that CA has lost a seat in Congress. States like Florida which opened up quickly saved their businesses while health of their citizens faired better than CA. |
10. Who is the ultimate authority over the health and safety of the people in your city/town? | God. |
11. Are you endorsed by other organizations? If so, which ones? | Moms for Liberty, Drain the Swamp, Salt and Light Council, America Upheld, California Parents Union, California Republican Assembly, CAGOP, LA County GOP, San Bernadino County GOP, Brad Dacus (President, Pacific Justice Institute), Concerned Parents of California PAC, LEXIT, Revive California, Greater Crescenta Valley Republican Women, Pastor Jack Hibbs |
