KEY ISSUES
1. Provide the top 2 reason why you want to run for office.

One reason is the increasing crime rate that has no end in sight. No one including the current sheriff and police chief is doing anything to really combat it and put a stop to it. They would rather "victimize" the offenders and go after the officers for doing their jobs. Someone needs to change that.

Second reason is I want to enforce SB4 (the new immigration law). We have an illegal alien center here in San Antonio with thousands of illegals being housed there. There have been numerous reports of women and children being trafficked, raped and abused through that facility and no one is putting a stop to it. The media doesn't even report on it. I want people from other countries to come here but they must come legally. We are a nation of laws and those laws must be followed.

2. Name the top 2 issues in your county, state, or federal district that you wish to address and how?

As listed above, the high crime rate. The solution for that is pretty simple, let the officers do their jobs and actually back the officers up when they do their jobs. Enforcing the law will play a huge role in that.

Another issue in our city is the illegal alien center. We aren't supposed to have sanctuary cities in the State of Texas yet we have this center here. We also have a bunch of illegal aliens causing crime here in our town and it seems like law enforcement is being told to look the other way whenever they violate our laws. The way to fix that issue is to bust up that center and not allow it to operate.

3. Do you support defunding the police?

Absolutely NOT!

4. What are your thoughts on “Diversity Equity and Inclusion”? Should this be implemented as training for county/city/federal employees? Why or why not?

I think that there is no place for that in government or anywhere in our society for that matter. I believe in what the Bible says and I'm not going to change or bend my views to accommodate someone's feelings who wants to pretend to be something that they truly aren't. I do not subscribe to that agenda.

5. With growing pressure to accommodate various lifestyles/identities how would you manage to keep your city/town safe and family friendly?

I am personally against the hundreds of identities that have been made up. The Bible speaks of man and woman, that is it! Whether people like it or not, that is the way it is. If someone chooses to live an "alternative lifestyle" that is on them and they shouldn't expect society to alter their views in order to cater to them. As the next Sheriff, I would treat them with the same treatment anyone else would get. I would not change the reporting system to include genders other than male or female and definitely won't be giving them the "special" treatment they feel they are entitled to. Everyone will be treated the same regardless of race, religion and sexual orientation.

6. Do you think involving residents in decision making in your city/town is important? Why or not?

Absolutely! The residents are the ones who are truly in charge and are essentially the boss for elected officials. A lot of elected officials have forgotten that and only push their own agenda regardless if it goes against the people or not. I will be hosting townhalls so I can receive feedback from the public and get their perspective.

7. If you received a $1 million grant to use for the city/town/county any way you wanted, what would you do with it and why?

I would use it towards combating sex trafficking and drug traffickers. We currently have a lot of that in our city and 1 sex trafficking victim is far too much!

8. What is your opinion on sanctuary cities/autonomous zones within your city/town?

I am against it. As stated above, we currently have an illegal alien center here which has turned our city into a sanctuary city. I have made it a campaign promise that I will raid that center and shut it down within my first week in office.

9. What are your thoughts on mandating the closure of privately owned businesses due to public health concerns aside from code violations?

I am against it. The government does not have the right to shut down a privately owned business and tell them how or when they can operate. Total government overreach!

10. Who is the ultimate authority over the health and safety of the people in your city/town?

The people themselves. No government agency has the authority to force medical care on anyone. That decision stays with each individual person.

11. Are you endorsed by other organizations? If so, which ones?

Former Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, Texas Gun Rights, True Texas Project, Bexar Conservatives, Members from the Texas Nationalist Movement, the Founder and Co-Founder of Urban Conservatives, Texans for Toll-Free Highways, the Ronald Reagan Conservative Club of Texas. I think that is it, I might have missed one or two but I cannot think of them right now. lol!
