MOMS WALKATHONS – SWING STATE INITIATIVE
These states are our focus states – Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Montana, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin. All states are important in this 2024 voting season, so let us know if you would like to start a Moms Walkathon in your state.
MOMS WALKATHON AGENDA
11:00 – 11:20 AM: Welcome Remarks & Quick Start
- Brief welcome and distribution of materials.
11:20 – 11:45 AM: T25! Express Training Session
- 25 Minutes Training: Overview of survey, communication tips, and app usage.
11:45 – 12:45 PM: Concentrated Outreach Effort – GOTV (Get Out The Vote)
- Choose one: Door-to-Door Canvassing or Phone Banking.
- Engage with community to encourage voting.
12:45 AM – 1:00 PM: Wrap-Up & Call to Action
- Recap achievements, provide next steps for continued engagement & sign-ups
